Job Description
Empower Project is seeking a Narrative Strategy Director to define and amplify our role within the broader progressive movement.
This is a senior, strategic role focused on positioning, storytelling, and thought leadership—not traditional communications. You will shape how Empower is understood by partners, funders, and the ecosystem at large, and ensure our work is clearly connected to the future of political organizing. You will translate complex programmatic work into a compelling, repeatable narrative that travels.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones and should be prepared to work from home or a location of your choosing. Core hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends during peak season, and some travel to conferences and team retreats throughout the year.
